KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga is the official fighting system of the Israeli Defense Force. The system has been designed to be devestatingly effective, easy to learn, and has been tested on the streets and proven on the battlefield.

KIDS KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga training equips children the awareness and discipline to recognize and avoid violence and the tools to defend themselves, if they have no other choice. Snellville ages 7-13, Holly Springs ages 9-15.

THE FORGE

A fun, collaborative class that focuses on skills: striking, kicks, combinations, footwork, synchronization, dynamic balance, core strength, and tactics.
